We had an absolute blast attending Just Jared’s dinner in celebration of Disney’s Star Darlings, a brand that inspires tweens to go after their dreams! The dinner at Eric Buterbaugh Florals couldn’t have been cuter. There were flowers and twinkling lights everywhere, making us feel like we were in our own little fairytale with some of your favorite celebs. That’s right, we had the best time catching up with Sofia Carson, Laura Marano, Skai Jackson, Maia Mitchell and so many more. There was also a surprise performance by Skylar Stecker that blew everyone away. Just Jared’s party was definitely a night to remember!
OMG! Last week Laura Marano announced, and released the cover art for, her new single “Boombox.” So obviously, we had to ask her what it’s about! She not only spilled all of the juicy details, but also had us listen to her amazing new song. And we have to say, we’re obsessed! Just you wait, when Laura releases her song, it will be stuck in your head all day long, and you’ll love every minute of it.

Our Prom issue cover girl partnered with TLC for Say Yes To The Prom, a day where deserving girls from Miami got a full day of prom dress shopping, makeovers and mentoring. And, the day ended with a fabulous runway show!
Laura promoted her super glam prom dress line with Sherri Hill, and talked about what the day meant to her:
“Being a part of Say Yes to the Prom was so meaningful to me. I can see how beautiful the girls felt, and some of these girls felt beautiful for the first time ever. Seeing them try on and be in my Sherri Hill dresses was the best feeling ever. There’s nothing like hearing a girl say that she feels truly beautiful in a dress I helped design.”

“It was an amazing day, really moving. These girls deserve this and even more – they deserve to have their prom and feel like a princess. It was so incredibly special.”

Laura Marano might seem like she already does a lot. And if it seems that way to you, it’s because she does already do a lot. She stars on Disney’s mega-hit Austin & Ally, she’s set to star in the upcoming DCOM Bad Hair Day, she sings and does tons of work with charity and she still finds time be adorable and hilarious on Twitter and Instagram. That is what you call a “full plate” (get it — some Thanksgiving puns in honor of tomorrow’s holiday). Most people would be wishing for a break after dealing with Laura’s schedule, but not LM. She wants to take on more. And if you look at her lifelong to-do list, it’s pretty epic. She basically wants to do everything.
“I see a few things,” Laura spilled about her future in a recent interview with Modern Dog magazine. “I won’t be able to do them all at the same time, but I will do them. Number one: I will continue my acting career. I can’t imagine my life without it. Number two: I will go to school. Both my parents are teachers, so it’s important to me. I just graduated from high school this year. My sister was home schooled—and she is the most intelligent, responsible, amazing person I know—but I knew for me I needed to go to regular school. And I know I want to get a degree. Even if I’m 37 years old when it happens. Number three: I want to continue to do as much charity work as possible. We are all very connected on a global level and by getting involved you feel a lot more fulfilled. And number four: I want to write songs and have a music career. I’ve wanted this forever, since I was a little girl.”
Whoa. Just…whoa. If anyone can pull off this jam-packed life plan, it’s Laura Marano. We love this overachiever so much.

Austin & Ally cast, you guys sure know how to make us laugh. Raini Rodriguez Instagrammed this hilarious pic of her and the rest of the A&A cast chasing the elusive Gingerbread Man. Laura Marano’s upcoming Disney Channel Original Movie, Bad Hair Day, has FINALLY got what we’ve all been waiting (not-so-patiently) for: A premiere date! The movie is an action-packed buddy comedy starring Laura and Good Luck Charlie‘s Leigh-Allyn Baker. The hilarious flick is about a high school tech-whiz whose prom day turns into a wild ride across town, thanks to a down-on-her-luck cop and a jewel thief. From the clips we’ve seen, we’re SURE this one is going to be LOL-worthy. Bad Hair Day will premiere Friday, February 13 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on Disney Channel!

R5’s Rydel Lynch and her famous themed tea parties have been taking the Internet by storm for weeks, but her latest get together took things to the next level.
The star teamed up with Laura Marano, Olivia Holt, Megan Nicole and other fabulous friends for an Old Hollywood Glamour themed bash that also doubled as a birthday celebration.
In honor of Rydel’s 23rd b-day (which is around the corner on August 9!), the ladies went all out with a doubly delicious cake shaped like a burger and fries.
Rydel’s look for the event was nothing short of flawless.
